Healthy Appetizers and Sides

Ingredients:

1 can corn, drained
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
juice of 2-3 limes
1 avocado
1 tomato, diced
4-5 green onions, diced
1 small can of sliced black olives
½ cup fresh cilantro leaves

Preparation:

Mix all the ingredients together and let it sit for about an hour to marinate and soak up the flavors.

Serve with baked Tostitos.
