Grandma's Banana bread…revised!!

Ingredients:

3/4 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup natural applesauce
3 egg whites
2-3 bananas
1/3 cup water
1 2/3 cup whole-wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon baking powder

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 350
Spray loaf pan with non-fat, non-stick spray.
Mix sugar and applesauce.
Add egg whites.
Add water and bananas.
Stir in dry ingredients.

Pour into loaf pan and bake for 55-60 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
