Ingredients: 3-4 chicken boneless,
skinless chicken breasts |

Preparation: Preheat oven to 350 Boil chicken in water until cooked throughout, about 20 minutes. Cut chicken into cubes or small pieces. Sitr all of the above ingredients into a large, oven-safe, Pyrex dish or bowl and top with fat-free cheese. Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese melts. Top with sliced avocado or a scoop of guacamole. |
